the pools were pleasant and well-kept , but i felt there could have been more lifeguards on duty.
the food was repetitive and generally average , and the service was consistently poor. on more than one occasion , i had to pour my own wine because staff didn't attend to our table. clearing and resetting tables took far too long , so i often ended up sitting at tables with leftover food and dirty dishes. a lot of cats wandered around the restaurant area , which might not be for everyone.

the variety of food and desserts available were pretty generous, i will give them that.
The room was disappointing. The curtains did not block the light at all. a lot of light came into the room. they kept telling us they would change our rooms for 7 days, but they did not.

the shuttle service was really convenient. it ran frequently to the beach. i found lots of activities suitable for families with children. our room was great and met our expectations.
the check-in staff wasn't very friendly at all. i wanted rooms near each other, but that was not arranged. the curtains in the rooms did not block out light well. there was a lot of light coming into the room.

The food variety in the buffet was acceptable , with options available almost all day and night in different categories.
The water park appears in pictures, but it is not on hotel grounds. Guests must take a bus for 8-10 minutes to reach it. The room cleaning was not thorough, as the cleaner did not clean properly. Also , upon arrival, no one assisted with our luggage because the only staff member available was already busy.
